The Deer Lakes Aquatic Club was founded in 1999 to promote fitness, self-motivation skills, sportsmanship, and prepare the local youth for competitive swimming. Deer Lakes Aquatic Club (DLAC) is a member of Allegheny Mountain Swimming, and all swimmers are registered with USA Swimming. The club is divided into a few levels: bronze, silver, gold, master’s and high school conditioning. At each level, the goals and objectives are specific and directed toward meeting the needs of the swimmer. Each child will progress at his/her own rate. The coaching staff recognizes this fact by making team assignments based on a swimmer's physical, mental, and emotional level of development.

DLAC has constructed this website as a tool for members, staff and anyone interested in joining DLAC. We successfully provide year round instruction to anyone! From curious 5 year olds who love the water to avid swimmers striving to attain their personal bests. Every swimmer benefits greatly from the excellence of our first rate coaching staff.
