The Deer Lakes Aquatic Club was
founded in 1999 to promote fitness, self-motivation skills, sportsmanship, and prepare the local youth for competitive swimming. Deer Lakes Aquatic Club (DLAC) is a member of Allegheny Mountain Swimming, and all swimmers are registered with USA Swimming. The
club is divided into a few levels: bronze, silver, gold, master’s and high school conditioning. At each level, the goals and objectives are specific and directed toward meeting
the needs of the swimmer. Each child will progress at his/her own rate. The coaching staff recognizes this fact by making team assignments based on a swimmer's
physical, mental, and emotional level of development. Learn to swim lessons are also available.
DLAC has constructed this website as a tool for members, staff and anyone interested in
joining DLAC. We successfully provide year round instruction to anyone! From curious 5 year olds who love the water to avid swimmers striving to attain their personal bests.
Every swimmer benefits greatly from the excellence of our first rate coaching staff. Visit the Deer Lakes High School swimming pool if you’d like to see our coaches and swimmers train in person.
